Although IGC specialty is the supply from manufacturer to your business in hand, a few years ago we saw the possibility of opening a shop counter. It is an additional service that complements our usual way of working and makes us able to serve customers who always want to stop by our offices.

Method of working, be interesed in us
Our way of working follows the following protocol:

• Offer request by the client via mail / fax / phone
• Detailed written budget:
•            Our budgets show the real manufacturer´s reference, price, delivery and payment way.
•            Delivery charges are always included in the material price and if doesn´t, they are budgeted in a separate way.
• Written request by the client
• Certificate / Delivery note
• Billing

* Our comercials track your order, from the request reception to delivery.
* If in any of these steps there were a problem, for example delayed deadline, they will contact you to be informed.

Repairs / Technical Service

Commercial IGC is not a service, but is responsible for handling items for repair, ie, we connect you with the manufacturer of your article failed to provide the best solution to your problem:

• We take the material of your installation
• We check whether or not under warranty and the posibility of repair
• We send the material to the manufacturer
• We send a budget to the customer with the price of repair (if it is possible) and the price of a new unit.
•           If the product is discontinued, we look equivalent according to the technical conditions and installation.
• We wait for the customer's order based on the repaired or new unit.
• Any additional costs to the customer is notified before giving it effect

Buying Platforms / Large customers
IGC is included into the largest customers sales platforms. If you belong to one of these customers, look for us by IGC or Ingeniería de Control y Electricidad for inclusion in requests for tenders.

Large Customers
There are customers who require us to adapt seamlessly to their way of working. Not only providing, also in management and product coding.

For these customers, IGC adapts its management system to be double-coding of products: listed by manufacturer reference and client code. We can even print the documents in the format you indicated and as needed.
